それがSARSーCov1 1 とSARS-cov2の現象 だからそう長くは続かない。免疫不全を起こす重症化率の高いものから 風邪症状になり、無症状へと推移していく。 風邪症状を引き起こす従来型コロナウイルスはその中の精鋭なのだろう。 数少ない確率で残り人間に症状を引き起こし人間に継続的に観測されているのだから。 これだけ変異するのであれば 大本になったウイルスも2002年から20年近く経過しているから RNAがかなり変質しているのではないか 重症化するネココロナウイルスは RNAの一部が欠損する変異で起こる ヒトコロナウイルスも似たようなものだろう この謎の川崎病の流行がSARSのお仲間のパンデミックだったんではないかな 急に上昇して緩やかに減少するという波形がSIRモデルと一致するから なにかしらの感染症であることは間違いなさそう なぜかその90%が40歳以下に偏ってるらしい インドのこれもすごく興味深い https://i.imgur.com/PWg0PYf.png PCR検査で観測されるSARS-Cov2の極一部が重症化するもので それはかなり見つけにくいものだろう アクシデント的なコピーエラーで起こるもの だからノーベル賞学者が二重人格と言ったように ウイルスの二面性がある 疾病の現象も二面性がある。 ネココロナウイルスもこのような変異による二面性を 見つけるまで長い年月がかかった PCR検査は一部のRNAを検出しているだけなので 各種のHcoVを一度で網羅する検査も可能なのだろうし SARS-Cov2の中の一部の変異種を検出することも可能だろう 現行のSARS-Cov2 を検出するRNAパターンが 重症化するウイルスを特別に検出しているかについては かなり疑問がある
