Nintendo Labo Creators Contest: Arcade baseball

We made this arcade baseball game out of cardboard, construction paper, a nail, two pencils, tape, markers, marbles and reflector stickers.
You can pitch the ball with the lever in the bottom of the stadium and hit it with the bat that you control with your hand!
When the ball falls into any of the holes which are marked: out, single, double, triple and home run, the corresponding action takes place on the scoreboard.
You play untill you score 5 runs or get 3 outs!

The way the game works is, when the marble (baseball) falls into any of the holes, it is funneled down through a cup to pass infront of a reflector sticker.
Which the I.R. camera then can't see for a split second and causes a counter to turn to 1. This triggers the event labeled on the hole!

The base running took awhile to figure out!
After much experimentation though, we figured out we could assign each base configuration for bases 1-3 to a counter and we drew a diagram to remind ourselves what each counter stood for.
Then we had each circumstance: single, double, triple and homerun check all 8 counters and whichever one was at 1, it would then turn to 0 and turn the corresponding base setup to 1.
For example, if the counter representing a runner on first was set to 1 and you hit a double, it would set that counter to 0 and set the counter representing a runner on second and a runner on third to 1.

We had a lot of fun designing and programming this game and we feel it is a good show of how powerful the simple tools of the toy-con garage can be!
(We actually maxxed out the number of connected nodes we got a message that said (You can not connect anymore nodes!))
We hope this game is an inspiration to other creators out there!!!

Only one puck can be shot at a time. Get a goal or a save to earn points. First player to 10 wins!

Toy-Con Mini-Golf: Nintendo Labo Creators Contest

This is my entry into the Nintendo Labo Creators Contest for best original Toy-Con.
It is a mini-golf hole made entirely out of cardboard and duct tape.
Two points that I did not mention in the video are in regard to its difficulty and replayability.
Although it is a very short hole, the fact that it is played on cardboard makes it more difficult.
There is not much traction, so the ball rolls around more and it is not easy to get a hole-in-one.
Also, the Toy-Con can be immediately reset just by putting the joy-con back on its side, so you could hand the ball and club over to someone else to play after you and see who can get a better score.
I might even consider making a whole course that could be played with friends!
