【板名】ロビー（嫌儲）
　　　　Lobby(poverty)
【理由】
「ニュース速報（嫌儲）」板ではニュース以外のスレは禁止されていますが、ニュース以外のスレが多く立っているため。

Creating non-news threads in the board of "Breaking news (poverty), ニュース速報（嫌儲）" is prohibited, but those threads are a lot created.

【内容】
「ニュース速報（嫌儲）」板と同じSETTING.TXTで、ニュース以外のスレも立てられる板を作ってほしいです。
ニュース以外のスレも立てられる板なのでlobby(ロビー)の名前を使います。

I want you to make a board of the same SETTING.TXT as "poverty, ニュース速報（嫌儲）".
Creating non-news threads in the board is NOT prohibited.
So the name of board is not "Breaking news(poverty)" but "Lobby(poverty)".
