ニューロンはそういう電流が流れて情報を伝達している
ナノパーティクルぐらいに小さい粒子であればその程度の電流でも動かすのは可能かもしれない

調べてみるといいよ、自分は興味ないんでBluetoothに関してはどうでもいいが
おのれが知らないことを断定して他人を笑う前に、調べてみることだね
ワクチンに関してもそうだが、調べもせずに無知のまま、他人の意見をあざ笑って後悔する
