1. Why didn't we get Balthier?
It would break the meta, will come later.

2. Will we get Lorraine and why did we not get her?
Too strong for the current meta, will be added later on though.

3. Will Noctis be enhanced to be as good as JP Noctis?
Yes, and no more units will be nerfed.

4. Will Global exclusives get enhancements?
Yes, of course.

5. Will we get Sephiroth
Hirono: Soon in JP, later on GL.
