sevtech agesが0-1FPSしか出ない件ですが
modsフォルダ内のfoamfix.cfgの

# Disables texture animations. [default: false]
B:disableTextureAnimations=false

をtrueに変更したらちゃんと動くようになりました
海外で同じ構成で質問されてる方がいました
