In the second OVA of the anime High School Fleet, the Harekaze II (a ship built from the old Harekaze that sank in the last episode of the anime) is carrying the German 150 mm guns.
This pretty much confirms that there will soon be a new collab with High School Fleet and also explains why the Arashi currently has no camouflage.
I don’t really get why they used the name Arashi but whatever.
