これの下の方の書き込みのセーフモードで起動するショートカット作ってドロップする方法はどや？

1. In explorer, right click WorldOfTanks.exe and select Create shortcut.
2. Right click the "WorldOfTanks.exe - Shortcut", select Properties.
3. Change Target to add -safe %1. So it is something like C:\Games\World_of_Tanks\WorldOfTanks.exe -safe %1
4. Press OK to save the changes.
5. Move this shortcut somewhere you can easily drag-n-drop.
6. In explorer, drag-n-drop the wotreplay file onto the shortcut.
