大本になったウイルスも2002年から20年近く経過しているから RNAがかなり変質しているのではないか 重症化するネココロナウイルスは RNAの一部が欠損する変異で起こる ヒトコロナウイルスも似たようなものだろう この謎の川崎病の流行がSARSのお仲間のパンデミックだったんではないかな 急に上昇して緩やかに減少するという波形がSIRモデルと一致するから なにかしらの感染症であることは間違いなさそう なぜかその90%が40歳以下に偏ってるらしい インドのこれもすごく興味深い https://i.imgur.com/PWg0PYf.png PCR検査で観測されるSARS-Cov2の極一部が重症化するもので それはかなり見つけにくいものだろう アクシデント的なコピーエラーで起こるもの だからノーベル賞学者が二重人格と言ったように ウイルスの二面性がある 疾病の現象も二面性がある。 ネココロナウイルスもこのような変異による二面性を 見つけるまで長い年月がかかった PCR検査は一部のRNAを検出しているだけなので 各種のHcoVを一度で網羅する検査も可能なのだろうし SARS-Cov2の中の一部の変異種を検出することも可能だろう 現行のSARS-Cov2 を検出するRNAパターンが 重症化するウイルスを特別に検出しているかについては かなり疑問がある
